First footballgame!

Yesterday I had to play in the band at the footballgame for the first time and I also saw a footballgame for the first time! I played bassdrum and it was very heavy. I had to carry it to the footballfield and then we all sat down on the stand.
We played different songs before the game started. Sometimes it was a little bit hard for me to play, cause I heard some of the songs for the first time and didn't know how to play. :P
At halftime we played some songs again and after that we could sit together with our friends again to watch the game. We won with 47 to 8 points against Sioux Falls! All people went to the field when the game was over to tell the players that they did a good job. After 4 hours I was finally at home and was really tired.
On friday morning we went through the high and elemtary school and played a song. We always do this before we have a big game. The next time we will do this will be on Homecoming at the end of this month. :) It is really fun!

Am Freitagmorgen sind durch die schule marschiert und haben einen song gespielt. Das machen wir immer an Tagen an denen ein Spiel ist und wir dort vorspielen. Es war echt cool! :) Das nächste Mal wird es sein an Homecoming am Ende des Monats.
